Responsibility includes the set-up, research, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the uploading of invoices for RMR Service Contracts, Time and Material, and Installation. Job Responsibilities:Maintain Service Contract Module based upon assigned responsibility including vetting, account reconciliation and processing of contract informationMake key billing adjustments, issue and reissue invoices, create manual invoices with spreadsheet statements using Excel, and handle billing problems for assigned regionsProcessing cancellationsAssist other departments with research and billing issuesAbility to read, analyze and interpret Excel Spreadsheets with conflicting data and follow through with resolving data inconsistenciesMaintain composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situationsHandling of and exposure to sensitive and confidential informationAssist and backup other positions as neededAssist with special projectsAdditional responsibilities as requested by the managerMinimum Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Service Contract management and/or Billing operations within an organizational settingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly reliable, professional, and exceptionally organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitted to maintaining ethical standards when handling confidential informationProven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt positively to changeSense of urgency and strong follow-through on responsibilitiesCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsSolid understanding of general business principlesWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal educationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401K with 60% Match up to 6% of salaryPaid vacation, holiday and sick timeEducational AssistanceExceptional growth opportunitiesWide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!
