This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety.? What We Offer: • $25.00–$30.00/hour based on experience Estimated at $72,000.00-$98.000.00 Per Year • $150/month tool allowance + annual boot stipend • Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, Life Insurance) • Consistent hours: 50–60 hrs/week, Mon–Fri + some Saturdays • Year-round stability + safety-first culture?️ What You"ll Do: • Perform preventative maintenance & inspections • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues • Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls • Keep shop clean, organized, and safe • Accurately document all work performed✠Requirements: • 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems • ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus • Reliable, hard-working, and safety-minded • Comfortable working outdoors in all weatherWaste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
