You will:Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection.Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing as needed.Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence.Lead performance reviews and support employee development.Develop short- and long-term operational goals.Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations.What You BringBachelor’s degree strongly preferred.Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics.Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities.Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at .
