Job Details Job Location Park Place Waco Apartments - Waco, TX Position Type Part Time 20-29 hours per week Education Level High School Salary Range $12.00 - $13.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Up to 25% Job Shift Day - including weekends Job Category Real Estate Description Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe mandated by state law Proficient in MS Office applications and strong, demonstrated computer technology skills (including social media use) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly Strong ability to plan and organize multiple tasks effectively Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Must have completed a minimum of 12 undergraduate hours upon start date, with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 Must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 undergraduate hours or 6 graduate hours during the academic year (not including summers) Must be able to reside in an assigned staff apartment Must move on-site no later than one month prior to fall semester move-in day to participate in fall training and preparation of building opening
