You will work closely with our surgeon, clinical leadership, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of care and patient experience.  Why Join Us:Work alongside one of Ohio’s most respected oral surgeons and a dedicated, experienced surgical teamBe part of a practice known for exceptional clinical outcomes, collaborative culture, and uncompromising patient careOpportunities for professional development and continuing educationCompetitive compensation package and travel reimbursementComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Provide chairside assistance during surgical procedures under local and IV sedationPrepare and maintain surgical operatories and instrument trays in full compliance with OSHA and CDC protocolsTake accurate radiographs, including CBCT imaging where applicableObtain and record vital signs, review medical histories, and assist with sedation monitoringDeliver clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients and escortsMaintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentationParticipate in sterilization, infection control, and daily operatory turnoverTravel to affiliated surgical locations as needed (travel fully reimbursed) Qualifications: Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCurrent X-ray license and CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)DAANCE or OMSA certification preferredMinimum 1 year of oral surgery or surgical assisting experience strongly preferredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate surgical needsProfessional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality patient careMust be comfortable traveling between locations as part of a coordinated team schedule (travel is reimbursed)
