Description Leidos is seeking a skilled and service-driven Executive AV Support Specialist to provide premium audiovisual and video conferencing support to senior leadership, including C-suite executives and board members. This Reston-based role, under Real Estate and Workplace Solutions, requires a balance of technical expertise, professionalism, and discretion. This successful candidate will support high-stakes meetings, boardroom sessions, and executive offsite events with reliability and polish.Key Responsibilities:Executive Meeting and Event SupportDeliver white-glove AV support for executive staff and board meetingsProvide on-site and off-site support for high-profile meetings and eventsSet up, operate, and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systemsCoordinate closely with executive assistants to manage meeting logisticsEnsure all systems are fully tested and ready prior to meetingsTrain executive support staff on AV systems and collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams and WebExSystem Maintenance and Technical OperationsPerform preventive maintenance and regular system updatesTroubleshoot AV equipment including DSPs, codecs, cameras, microphones, control systems, and displaysMaintain AV-specific laptops and dedicated conferencing PCsAssist with physical setups, including equipment placement and cable managementWork in partnership with IT and facilities to resolve issues and improve system uptimeMaintain SOPs, quick reference guides, and room-specific documentationCustomer Service and CollaborationRespond quickly and professionally to urgent support needs and last-minute changesSupport the Video Operations Center with escalations, recording requests, and trainingCollaborate across AV, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive supportProactively identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutionsBasic Requirements:High school diploma with 3+ years of AV experienceMinimum 2 years in a client-facing AV role supporting professional environmentsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing platformsFamiliarity with room scheduling platforms such as EMSUS citizenship is required and is eligible to obtain a Secret-level security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting executives or corporate conference centersExperience with Crestron Flex, Polycom, Cisco, QSC, or Biamp systemsAVIXA CTS, Crestron, or Microsoft Teams Room certificationsFamiliarity with IP networks and AV over IP configurationsAbility to work independently and stay composed under pressureExperience in hotel, hospitality, or IACC-certified conference centersAdditional InformationOccasional travel may be required for executive offsite eventsProfessional appearance and demeanor required at all timesRole may include physical tasks such as lifting, cable routing, and room reconfigurationCome break things (in a good way).
