The Operations Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. Operations Supervisor Requirements: Previous Supervisor experienceAbility to train and develop employeesAbility to meet deadlinesComputer literacyCalm, polite, and professional behavior High level business and management knowledge  High customer service orientation As an Operations Supervisor you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
