Job Description: Maintenance Mechanic  "To become the world’s greatest baker, we need the world’s greatest team members!" Location: Lebanon, INStarting Wage: $30.75 per hour2-2-3 schedule, 12 hour shiftsShift Availability: Days-7:00am-7:00pm Overview As a team member, the Maintenance Mechanic I maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs high-volume food packaging equipment. Complete maintenance projects - PM tasks and work orders as assigned.Read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.Write parts requests, complete work orders, and write corrective work ordersFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Keep a clean work areaPerform building inspections and routinesCommunicate with other team membersPerform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessary RequirementsMinimum 2 years work experience in a maintenance environment.Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Must have an understanding of electric motors, starters, switches, photo cells, etc.Must be computer literate.Familiarity with CMMS work order systemsFood manufacturing background a plus with an understanding of FDA requirementsMust have good attention to detail.
