That’s why we give you a wide range of benefits to choose from.  All regular full time employees may enroll in a variety of health and welfare plans including medical, dental and vision plans.  Other benefits include life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and retirement program.  The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from.CompensationResponsibilitiesServices and performs minor repairs on gas and diesel heavy equipment such as scrapers, excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, water and lube trucks and pick-upsInstalls, removes, maintains and inspects equipmentPerforms diagnostics, welding and fabrication as neededChecks and fills fluid levels, service lube points and performs routine preventative maintenanceMaintains service, repair and maintenance recordsPrepares work orders and orders parts in SAPMaintains positive relationships with plant personnelMonitors warranty and service agreements and contacting vendor reps as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedEducationHigh school diploma/GEDRequirements/QualificationsExperience working in an industrial shop environment and repairing heavy mining equipmentAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAble to operate vehicles and equipment for testing and troubleshooting before and after performing maintenance activities Able to provide own toolsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer programsPhysical requirements: lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, stooping and stretchingPreferred:Welding experienceExperience working with Visionlink SAP experienceMechanics CertificationsCAT SIS Program experienceConditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
