This role requires strong analytical skills and relationship-building abilities as you manage both internal and external communications. Great for a proactive communicator who loves working cross-functionally.What You'll Do: Execute communications strategies tailored to specific educational segments while ensuring enterprise alignment. You'll manage internal and external communications, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement with strong analytical and relationship-building skills. ResponsibilitiesExecute segment-specific communications strategies that enhance brand reputationLead internal and external messaging, including executive communicationsManage content creation across multiple channels for consistent, impactful messagingCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and operations teamsTrack performance metrics and optimize communication effectivenessSupport development and delivery of executive communications and thought leadershipPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualificationsExperience Required7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field3+ years in management or senior individual contributor rolesProven experience executing integrated communications campaignsBackground in content creation across multiple channels and formatsExperience with performance measurement and communications analyticsHigher education, healthcare, or professional services experience preferredSkillsStrong strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilitiesOutstanding writing and editing skills for diverse audiences and channelsAnalytical skills for measuring and optimizing communications performanceCross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilitiesProject management expertise with ability to handle multiple prioritiesProficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and multimedia platformsAdditional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
