MANTECH seeks a Marine Corps Intelligence Subject Matter Expert focused on requirements development consistent with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) tosupport our Marine Corps contract in Stafford, VA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Draft JCIDS conforming requirements documents that drive materiel and non-materiel development of Marine Corps capabilities.Convene and facilitate Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) working groups.Prepare and staff formal JCIDS documentation for review and approval.Adjudicate comments in draft documents and maintain comment resolution matrices.Apply subject matter expertise to the development of concepts, plans, architectures, and related artifacts.Demonstrate expertise in Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) planning, operations, and the application of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.Brief senior leaders and large audiences on Marine Corps ISR capabilities and their operational application. Minimum Qualifications:At least 8 years of experience with MAGTF planning and operations.Strong experience with Marine Corps ISR capabilities.Familiarity with DOTMLPF-P materiel and non-materiel developmentPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)Familiarity with DoD 5000 – Defense Acquisition systemFormer Marine Corps Intelligence Officer or Senior Non-Commissioned OfficerBachelors Degree.Clearance Required:Must have an Active TS/SCI Physical Requirement: Sedentary Work
