About the Role As a Multi-Campus Teacher, you will support our Sunnyvale campuses. This role provides day-to-day instructional support across multiple Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. Each day may look a little different, whether assisting with classroom supervision, supporting instruction, or stepping in as a lead teacher when needed, your flexibility and enthusiasm will play a big role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Hourly Pay Range: $25-28/hourlyStatus: Full-Time, Monday–Friday What You'll Do Provide classroom coverage in Preschool–Pre-K as needed Follow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignments Supervise and engage children to ensure their safety and well-being Support daily classroom routines including nap and snack times Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Communicate professionally with students, staff, and families Assist with administrative or campus-wide support tasks as needed What You Bring: 12 completed ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units), including coursework in: Child Growth and Development Child, Family, and Community Program/CurriculumOR a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development Prior experience in a preschool setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Professional, dependable, and flexible Passion for working with young children Reliable transportation between the two campuses: Add address one Add address two What We Offer Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) plan with employer match Stratford School student tuition discount Opportunities for professional growth and classroom experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
