Site Supervisor

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY: Trilogy Health Services  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific site or location.They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safetyregulations. They coordinate and supervise the work of employees, contractors, and subcontractors,ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently. Site Supervisors also communicate withclients, address any concerns or issues, and maintain a positive working relationship with allstakeholders involved in the project. They may also be responsible for maintaining records, trackingprogress, and reporting to higher-level management. Roles and Responsibilities• Acts as the main point of contact for all vendors and contractors working on-site, and coordinatestheir schedules, deliveries, and work activities to ensure alignment with project timelines andspecifications.• Collaborates with vendors and contractors to schedule equipment, materials, and manpowerrequired for construction activities.• Ensures that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.• Conducts regular inspections and quality checks on work performed by vendors and contractorsto verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.• Enforces safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all on-sitepersonnel, including vendors and contractors.• Conducts safety briefings, inspections, and incident reporting as necessary.• Tracks the progress of work carried out by vendors and contractors, including milestones,deliverables, and timelines.• Provides regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on the status of work and anypotential delays or issues.• Acts as a mediator in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise between different vendors orcontractors on-site.• Facilitates open communication and collaboration to maintain a harmonious working relationshipamong all parties.• Monitors expenditures related to vendor and contractor services, including material costs, laborcharges, and additional expenses.• Works closely with the project team to adhere to budgetary constraints and identify cost-savingopportunities where possible.• Maintains accurate records of vendor contracts, work orders, invoices, and projectdocumentation.• Generates regular reports detailing vendor performance, work progress, and budget utilization forreview by project stakeholders.• Other duties as assigned. Education: High School / GEDExperience: 5-8 years WHERE YOU'LL WORK : Location: US-OH- GET IN TOUCH: John (502) 829-7857 LIFE AT TRILOGY: Whether you're looking for a new chapter, a change of pace, or a helping hand, Trilogy is committed to being the best place that you've ever belonged.   Six months of training, orientation, and fun!We believe in setting our employees up for success.
