3rd Shift Quality Technician

Our client, a globally-known leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Technician to join their team in Tilton, NH. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Technician Location: Tilton, NH 03267 Contract Duration: 3-Month W2 Contract, Potential to Convert to Perm. Pay Rate: $30.00/HR- + Benefits Schedule: 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am), Sunday - Thursday (Sunday Evening to Friday Morning) Job Function: Supporting product quality, product development, process scale-ups, and production processes by performing standardized, specialized, or complex tests, measurements, and tasks on experimental or standard production. Ensuring that 3M quality standards and procedures are met and maintained. Teaching plant personnel quality methods and measurement techniques. Completing daily audits of the manufacturing floor, quantify and report the results. Running precision test equipment and reporting results. Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. One (1) combined year of quality and/or laboratory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
