Time Type:Part timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:Market OperationsJob Description Summary: Position Summary:Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by patrolling/monitoring company interest.Job Description:ScheduleThursday - Sunday1:30 PM - 9:30 PM or9:30 PM - 5:30 AMAdditional days and shifts as neededJob Responsibilities:Observe, detect, and report any suspicious activities, criminal acts, or company policy infractions.Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior) of property.Monitor access and control CCTV and alarm systems.Respond in a timely manner to all incidents to include medical emergencies, accidents, and alarms by following emergency response procedures in accordance with company policies.Investigate and write reports on all incidents and accidents.Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in securityBasic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation softwareMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlinesAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseSurveillance skillsCPR/AED certifiedProprietary systems knowledge, Cisco systems, or equivalent.Safety managementPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephoneCompetencies:Accountable for results which impact the department.Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/ solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
