Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager with specialized experience in event, multi-unit, and/or arena-based retail to oversee our Consignment merchandise operations in the Frost Bank Center, our G-League Austin Spurs business at the H-E-B Center in Austin, and our auxiliary retail activations in San Antonio and the surrounding markets. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable retail operations of our concert business during high-volume events, optimizing sales strategies, overseeing visual merchandising, managing staffing, maintaining inventory integrity, assisting with product selection, and delivering a seamless guest shopping experience, that exceeds the guest?s expectations, across all event activations. This role will also contribute to other aspects of our business at the General Manager?s discretion in a Special Projects style role. Job ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of retail operations across event and arena locations, including setup, execution, and teardown for each event, including but not limited to, inventory management, stocking, restocking, merchandising, cycle counts, price checks, and loss prevention.Develop strategies to maximize sales of apparel and novelties in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments that target best practices on upselling, cross-selling, and in-store promotion.Manage inventory planning, merchandise assortment, and on-site logistics to ensure optimal product availability and presentation.Communicate directly with tour reps and handle all merchandise advances, building planning, count-ins, count-outs, and payouts post-event.Work directly with our Finance team to project sales numbers and staffing levels. Lead and coach store and event staff, ensuring high service standards and efficient operations while managing labor planning, scheduling and staffing needs specific to business needs.Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring all operational guidelines are followed and adhered to.Collaborate with merchandise buyers, marketing teams, and venue partners to align product offerings with fan demographics and event themes.Analyze sales data, event performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and meet revenue targets.Conduct regular audits during events to monitor operations, address challenges in real time, and maintain brand standards throughout arena.Manage labor planning, scheduling, and staffing needs specific to peak event times, balancing efficiency with guest service quality.Build strong relationships with venue partners, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with venue regulations, health and safety standards, and loss prevention protocols maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of retail operations management experience, ideally in event-based, arena, stadium, or entertainment environments.Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-unit, high-volume retail operations during live events.Strong understanding of apparel and novelty merchandise retailing, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies.Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing both full-time teams and large groups of temporary/event-based staff.Exceptional organizational and logistical planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales and operational data and apply insights to improve performance.Experience handling key financial metrics a plus. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support event schedules.________________________________________What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance incentivesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off)Exciting work environment at top-tier entertainment and sports venuesOpportunities for career growth in a dynamic, fast-paced industryEducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
