Overview: Operate production equipment. Responsibilities: Setup, operate and dissemble production equipment.Perform daily product changeovers and minor equipment maintenance.Review daily orders and finished product inventory.Complete and maintain production records.Assemble RTE food items.Feeding - Place ingredients on conveyors for assembly.Cup Line – placing ingredients, packaging, labeling and packingUnderstand production orders and inventory quantities.Supply production with ingredient needs.Understand ingredient product specifications (case count, quantity, slacking requirements, shelf life requirements, code dating, prep requirements).Understand and accurately record lot/date code information for each ingredient.Ensure ingredients are within code during use.
