Pay: $57000 - $83200 / year (paid hourly)Schedule: M - F; day shiftLocation: San Jose, CA | Cisco campusThe Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting JLL’s Facilities Management and Engineering teams by overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all vendor-led maintenance activities across a multi-site portfolio. This position directly supports JLL’s Asset Management initiative toward achieving a World Class Maintenance organization. Utilizing JLL’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the Coordinator ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are properly assigned, executed, and documented to meet compliance standards and service level expectations. Acting as the primary liaison between vendors, facilities teams, and the client, this role is essential to driving operational excellence, system reliability, and high-quality service delivery.What is your day to day? Receive and process incoming work orders from the CMMSAssess the scope of work and accurately determine what trade specific technician the work order should be assigned toReceive and interpret technician feedback on work orders to determine how to advance work through to completionVerify work order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as requiredEnsure data integrity of all work order informationCreate weekly schedules for maintenance/engineering crews using Assignment Manager within the CMMSBalance monthly preventive maintenance workload to labor availabilityPrioritize and schedule all other maintenance requests based on client’s needsFacilitate weekly Planning and Scheduling meeting with maintenance team and managersWork with Ops Manager to build a calendar for work requiring shutdownsCreate and run reports tracking work order status, material, etc.Support work order completion and closeout to meet monthly metrics/SLA’sDispatch emergency work requestsMain point of contact for work requests from the Service Center and route work orders accordinglyDesired experience and technical skills 2+ years’ experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systemsWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety monitoring and control systemsExperience with CMMS; Corrigo highly preferredCustomer service-oriented attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, prioritization, and computer skillsAbility to multitask without direct supervisionAbility toto plan and manage work under time constraints
