Propose and implement the maker-layout strategy to align resources with the overall business unit strategy. Rotate PDCA on Short-Term Workload by providing workload versus capacity analysis on a monthly basis to DL's, UL's and GL's. Based on analysis, propose countermeasures and gain consensus for necessary action to align resources with project requirements. Gain consensus and set maker layout monthly.  Key Accountabilities:As the Workload Expert with engineering expertise, lead and manage the monthly workload process including setting maker layout (GO/RO/Suppliers) with consideration for technical challenges, schedule and internal and external capacity analysis. Work with technical experts in multiple engineering disciplines to create resource plans based on technical specifications for project content.
