Job SummaryThe Office Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functionality by supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, coordinating facilities maintenance, procuring office supplies, organizing files, arranging meetings, and implementing administrative systems, requiring strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain efficiency and a positive work environment. The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from.CompensationSalary $70,000 to $75,000 DOEResponsibilitiesSupervise, delegate tasks, and backup coverage for reception staffMaintain office budgets, track expenses, and process invoicesCoordinate office supplies procurement and inventory managementMaintain filing systems and document organizationArrange meetings, schedule appointments, manage calendarsCoordinate and execute event planning for divisional eventsOversee office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providersEnsure offices are clean, functional, and safeAct as primary point of contact for internal and external inquiriesFacilitate communication between departments and team membersProvide support to divisional leadership and VP/GMWork closely with leadership on process improvement activities, providing input, support, with roll outs from the corporate to local levelDevelop and implement administrative procedures to streamline operationsCompile monthly departmental reporting for presentationEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresFoster a positive and productive work environmentEducationHigh school diploma/GEDRequirements/QualificationsStrong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication to interact with diverse stakeholders Leadership abilities: Ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
