Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required, with some of it within the last 6 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Additional Details: Neuro Tele An interview may not be available prior to offer. ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they’ll be reporting to. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months. Shift & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts. 7-7. Every other weekend. Special Requests: No Block Scheduling. Required Skills/Experience: RNs must be able to interpret EKGs. Required Credentials: Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts). Unit Details: 28 beds. Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA. No ICP monitoring. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025.
