You may download the Rehire Review Form HERE!If you have not worked with us before, the rehire step is not required for you to proceed.What You Get to Do:Sell food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks (where applicable) to guests at stadiums and designated vending locations throughout the parkWalk up and down stadium stairs while carrying and selling products directly to guestsPromote items by “barking” (calling out) to attract attention and increase salesEngage with guests using positive energy, enthusiasm, and a team-driven attitudeServe alcohol in compliance with company policy and applicable state lawsMaintain cleanliness and organization of vending stations, trays, and inventoryRestock food and beverage items as needed throughout the shiftFollow all safety, alcohol service, and food handling proceduresProvide friendly, helpful guest service while responding to questions or concernsOccasionally assist in other park locations as operational needs requireOther duties as assignedWhat It Takes to Succeed:Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to serve/sell alcohol in designated areasPrior food service, alcohol service, or guest-facing vending experience is preferred but not requiredMust be comfortable working in a physically active role involving stairs, walking, and guest interactionMust be able to lift and carry trays or product weighing up to 40 lbs while navigating stadium environmentsStrong verbal communication and upselling skillsEnthusiastic, outgoing personality with high energyMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and direct sun exposureAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskProfessional, friendly, and guest-focused individuals tend to thrive in this roleAvailability:Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, including opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidaysSeasonal Ambassadors must have at least 5 days of unrestricted availability (12 continuous hours) including both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and holidaysCompensation: 17.25 USD HourlyThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
