Overview: Factory Location: Lee, FloridaCompensation: $24.00/ hour Schedule: Day Shift12 hr 2/2/3 rotation or Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pmAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, company discounts, paid vacation, and much more! Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment Responsibilities: Receive and process all raw material deliveries, enter goods receipts in SAP according to SOPStage and “check out” materials to production as requiredMaintain FIFO stock rotation assuring production is using the oldest raw materials firstMaintain general upkeep of the warehouse and raw materialsOrganize any repositions to outside storage- unload it, record it, and make sure paperwork is complete and accurate. Track it to make sure it is returned and used in production as required.Enter delivery schedules for raw materials in SAP dock scheduling systemNotify MRP Supervisor of potential out stocks, over stocks, defective or obsolete material and any other at risk materialsConduct inventory countsManage pallet transactionsCount, weigh, record packages / units moved / handled on daily log sheet.Responsible for all paperwork, including POs, BOLs and signed receiving slips, for inbound shipmentsAttach identifying tags or labels, as required, for packages or materials for identification.Responsible for receiving, releasing and ensuring delivery of all inbound shipments.Inspect incoming package quality and document and information related to receiving inspection.Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.Compare number of packages transported vs. received.Support Shipper, Dock Lead and Team Lead as required. Operate a forklift when necessaryPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceMinimum one year of forklift experience combined with prior experience in manufacturing desiredExposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferredAbility to work self-directed — accomplish daily workload with minimal supervisionSolid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team-based environmentAbility to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of workComputer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plusFocus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgencyAbility to move/handle 50lbs and get up and down a yard truck/forklift frequently throughout the dayAble to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as neededAbility to work varied shifts including a 12- hour rotating shift, nights and weekends as required
