Job Description:The RoleAre you ready to drive Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM) forward? FDAM is building an investment platform offering digital asset products and services designed to meet the growing needs of Fidelity’s retail customers and intermediary and institutional clients. As the Director of Business Operations, you will have a significant impact on our ambitious goals! Reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations, you will implement business strategies and work with key partners across various functions, including compliance, legal, risk, technology, and the investment team.What will you be doing every day? You will lead digital asset product implementations, align cross-organization efforts, and develop roadmaps to deliver maximum value. Your role will also involve onboarding of new digital asset vendors and managing the review and execution of legal agreements.The Expertise and Skills You BringYour background and skills are crucial to your success in this role. We're looking for:Proven interest or experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and/or tokenization of real-world assetsA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus)Over 10 years of experience in the financial and investment management industryExcellent organizational skills and ability to balance ‘big picture thinking’ with attention to small detailsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with company leadership and cross-functional teamsA track record of working across enterprises with a focus on outcomesSignificant project management experienceThe ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environmentA positive attitude and dedication to improving work cultureStrong problem-solving and technical skillsCreative, independent thinking within a collaborative frameworkNote: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.The TeamAt Fidelity, our team is our greatest asset. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
