Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2

Role Overview: Sodexo is #NowHiring our Environmental Services - Custodial Manager for Norman Public Schools in Oklahoma.  Clear Driving Record and valid license required to travel to 15 buildings about 1/2 the district, (mostly on the west side of the district) on a swing shift 1:00PM-9:30PM. Our successful candidate will maintain excellent relationships with our school administration and parents and mentor and develop strong professional relationships with our frontline members of the team. Creating a safe, sanitized space for our students with excellent attention to detail, operating with safety in mind and speed to customer service for our clients is mission critical to success in the role. What You'll Do: Ensure a safe working environment through campus for all employeesDemonstrate willingness to perform at a high level in a team environmentPerform all trash and recycle removal at designated on and off campus sitesOperate vehicles with safe work practices and caution while efficiently transporting waste materialsWork with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of housekeeping services, waste removal, and campus event set-up and tear downOperate custodial equipment including but not limited to wet - dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
