Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analyst, developers, programmers and researchers. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology.Technical Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee. What you’ll do: Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities What we’re looking for: Candidates looking to start their career in tech or re-enter the workforce Experience working collaboratively and clearly communicating in a professional work environment Self-motivated and eager candidates with a passion for solving problems During your time as a Technical Resident, you will be part of the solution.
