Our seasonal RN’s earn high pay rates and have priority over future FT/PT/PRN positions after the seasonal program ends. RN Seasonal Rate: $100.00 Schedule: Temporary (October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025) Seasonal Requirements: Current HCA/SVG employees are not eligible to transfer into the seasonal program All Seasonal Staff are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week/48 hours per pay period during the seasonal period to qualify Seasonal Staff may be asked to float to another center within the same division/market if emergent staffing needs exist Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off· Schedules/shifts may vary based on center needs Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Seasonal PreOp/PACU Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by utilizing the nursing process in planning, executing, and evaluating the nursing care rendered preoperatively and postoperatively until your patient is dismissed from the facility.What you will do in this role:Prepare patient care area adequately before case and ensure availability of necessary equipment and suppliesInitiate intravenous therapy as prescribed, utilizing aseptic technique utilizing appropriate IV start kit, catheter and fluidEnsure that medication is labeled appropriatelyAdminister pre-operative medications as prescribed and utilize safety medication practicesMonitor your patient until he/she is transferred to the ORRecognize signs and symptoms of your patient’s condition that indicate potential post procedure or anesthesia related complications and report to the anesthesiologist immediatelyMonitor and maintain proper intravenous intake and outputDocument patient assessment upon admissionCheck dressings and/or operative site and report abnormalities to the surgeonEnsure your patients meet discharge criteria that patient meets all discharge criteriaQualifications you will need:Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing Required1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Preop, PACU, GI, ICU or SurgeryActive RN license as required by state of employmentBCLS Certification upon employment. ***online certification not acceptableACLS required within 30-days of hirePALS if required by facility within 30-days of hire  Endoscopy Center of Silicon Valleywas established in 2002.
