BOLD Investment Analyst (Multiple position) 10101 Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Street North, St. Petersburg, FL- Hybrid role 6+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent. What You Will Learn: As an Investment Analyst/Associate at BOLD, the corporate venture capital fund of client, you will support key aspects of the funds investment and portfolio support activities. Key responsibilities: • Screening and qualification of investment opportunities • Analytical and administrative management of due diligence processes • Business plan modeling and valuation analysis • Preparation of internal memoranda and reporting What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of professional experience in a private equity firm (investment team) and/or in M&A investment banking • Excellent writing and research skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with the beauty industry, consumer brands, consumer retail, and/or venture capital If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
