Manufacturing Technician

Our client is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lab Technician to join their team. As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lab Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals. Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lab Technician Location: 645 Science Drive, Madison, WI Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 12 hr shifts with 3/4 rotating schedules (2-week schedule). 6:30 AM - 7 PM (Days Shift) and 6:30 PM - 7 AM (Night Shift)   What's the Job? Consistently follow and actively promote proper safety protocols and PPE to other staff. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of production areas and all related equipment during each shift. Utilize a wide variety of written procedures, including batch records and existing operating procedures. Function as a primary or secondary operator for cGMP production of APIs and intermediates. Communicate production status effectively through shift pass-off tools. What's Needed? BS or AS degree with 1-2 years of experience, or HS Diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of experience. Ability to read and understand written protocols. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.). Effective oral and written communication skills. Must be willing to work with highly potent/hazardous materials.
