This position will be a full-time and on-site in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.The 1st shift is Monday - Thursday 5:30am – 4pmThis position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.What You'll DoRead and follow drawings/prints and work instructionsBecome proficient in all assembly and special processes as requiredGather and record data accuratelyDetect, correct errors and utilize company communication and quality methodologyMeet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivityMay be required to use technical equipment, for example comparator, microscope, and other measuring equipmentCross-train in other departments as neededWhat You'll NeedRequired:1-2 years of related work experience is preferableDetail-oriented individual with multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work under general supervisionCan communicate clearly both written and verbally in EnglishAbility to work in a seated or standing position for extended period of timePhysical Demands:  Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Occasional sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Work on powered and non-powered equipment (e.g. forklift, golf cart, pallet jack)Maneuver packages / material of any weight with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another personWork from a secured ladderPush, pull squat, bend and reach Lift a minimum of 50 pounds The pay for this position is $17.84 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access.
