Position Summary/Department Summary:This social work position will provide a full range of clinical social work services and case management to all specialties at Boston Children’s Weymouth (free parking!). This satellite offers ambulatory services in over 48 pediatric specialties and services.Key Responsibilities:Providing psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community servicesActing as a resource information and referral, program development and psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teamsMinimum QualificationsEducation:Master’s degree in social work.
