Clinical Social Worker, ASK Program, Boston

Position Summary/Department Summary:We are currently seeking a 40-hour social worker for our Advocating Success for Kids (ASK) program. This position is part of Boston Children’s Hospital Primary Care @ Longwood. The ASK team includes developmental-behavioral pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, and educators who work to address the developmental, learning, and/or behavioral needs of children seen at several community health centers.Key Responsibilities:Providing assessment, treatment, and advocacy for a diverse group of children and adolescents.Collaborating with families and school systems to advocate for appropriate services through attendance at IEP or other school related meetings, case management and crisis intervention as needed.
