Your Role & Impact: We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP/&A) Analyst to join our high-energy Finance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Senior Leadership to ensure strong financial performance and provide data-driven insights that power key business decisions. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in finance or accounting. Advanced Excel skills: experience with Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance teams. Experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget process and prepare forward-looking projections. Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Analysis & Insights: Build dashboards, presentations, and models to support leadership decisions. Collaboration: Partner across departments to ensure financial data is clear, accurate, and meaningful. Cash Flow & Metrics: Maintain cash flow forecasts, debt service calculations, and occupancy analytics. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting (required) Advanced Excel skills: experience with Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues. Experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred but not required.
