Helpdesk Support Technician Overview: We are seeking a motivated Helpdesk Support Technician to provide first- and second-level technical support to end users ONSITE in Burlington, VT. We need local candidates only. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, Intune device management, and exposure to cloud technologies. Familiarity with Autotask or similar ticketing systems is required. Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Provide support for Office 365 applications, email, and collaboration tools. Manage and troubleshoot devices using Intune MDM. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access requests. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed. Document issues, resolutions, and processes in Autotask. Qualifications: 1–3 years of IT support experience (Level 1/2). Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration. Experience with Intune or other MDM solutions. Exposure to Azure or other cloud technologies. Experience using Autotask or similar ITSM/ticketing systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
