Automotive Service Manager

Avenica is the exclusive Talent Partner of Walser Automotive Group, helping to launch dynamic careers across all job areas.Location: Burnsville, MNCompensation: Depending on experience, $80,000 - $100,000 base + incentives Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm CTService Manager Responsibilities:Service DepartmentLead and support the Service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service—acting as a liaison between technicians and customers to create a positive experience.Oversee workflow by assigning and prioritizing work, managing rental/courtesy vehicles, and ensuring staff meet Walser and manufacturer standards.Support staff growth and career developmentHandle payroll, incentive reporting, and other department operations as needed.Parts DepartmentManage inventory and procurement of parts, maintaining accurate records and optimal stock levels.
