Qualifications for Success: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.1+ years of experience in a managerial role. Showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively.Previous experience in retail, coffee shop, or a related field is preferred.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to going the extra mile for every customer.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionallyAbility to push and pull up to 20 lbs. of force occasionallyOccasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handlingFrequent: Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feelConstant: Stand, handling, & forward reachWhy Dierbergs is Different: Our culture makes us unique.
