This position will be full-time and onsite in Augusta, ME.What You'll DoThis role focuses on day-to-day program support, requisition processing, candidate screening, and VMS system administrationPartner with State managers to support requisition creation, candidate review, scheduling, and selection processesConduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate timely communications between suppliers and hiring managersProvide operational support for VMS usage, including user assistance, training, and troubleshootingMaintain accurate records of requisition activity, supplier performance, and candidate placementsAssist with supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution, including facilitating performance improvement plans when requiredSupport program reporting, billing reviews, and compliance trackingProvide backup support to the Program Manager and other MSP Account Team membersEnsure all communications and deliverables meet State expectations for professionalism, responsiveness, and timelinessMaintain on-site staffing presence in Augusta, ME during State business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)What You'll NeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field8–10 years of experience providing staffing program support for MSP/VMS public sector clientsStrong understanding of staffing lifecycle processes, VMS platforms, and supplier engagementExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to train and support end users on staffing and VMS processesAbility to work onsite in Augusta, ME with occasional approved travelPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
