Mercy South - Med/Surg Residency Graduate Nurses encouraged to apply!$5,000 Sign On Bonus for GNsNo contract for sign-on bonus!  Potential Residency Areas:Med/SurgMed TeleNeuroOncologyOrthoGeneral SurgeryResidency Program Details: Mercy residency program is a year long program consisting of 12 classes, didactic lectures, online modules, simulated learning, presentations, National Patient Safety Goals, and hands-on training with bedside caregivers and nursing leadership.
