Facilities Technician

Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician  to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician  Location: Pennington, NJ Shift:  7am to 7 pm           3 days first week, second week 4 days Pay Range: Negotiable + Benefits  What's the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing systems. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 8-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related fields. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
