JSAF Warfare Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) Warfare Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Able to operate Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)Possess ability to Operate the modeling and simulation (M&S) systemKnowledge of (JAWS) Joint all-domain warfighting system Conduct JSAF operator training analysis and develop reporting to all TTGL Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) personnel            Provide subject matter expertise in the development of Master Sequence Events List (MSEL) Implementer, and Scenario DevelopmentMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field, or, High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experience5+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experienceMust have Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) experienceExperience supporting shipboard installations and increasing levels of management developmentExperience with multiple naval operating systems and networking equipmentProficient technical troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with JIRA/ConfluenceFamiliar with Department of Defense (DoD) services at both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locationsAbility to work individually and as part of a team, both internally and with external resourcesClearance Requirements:Must be US Citizen and have an active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:Up to 25% travel required or as needed.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
