The Admissions Specialist will ensure the appropriate placement of clients throughout our array of treatment programs. The Admissions Specialist is the initial point of contact for our agency, and acts as the lead clinical liaison in connecting clients and families with the appropriate services RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Conduct clinical assessments based on verbal, written and face-to-face interviews to determine the appropriate level of treatment for our clients.Act as the clinical point of contact through admission with clients/guardians/referral sourcesFacilitate residential admissions which includes the completion of all required clinical and administrative paperworkResponsible for creating and maintaining client files in accordance with licensing and accreditation rulesCreate and maintain a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office for all clients and staffOther duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Social Work or related fieldMust have a Valid Ohio LISW or PCC3-5 years of experience working in the behavioral health fieldStrong experience with clinical diagnosis and assessments BENEFITS AND SALARY: Expected Salary: $60,000 At Bellefaire, we prioritize our employees and their wellbeing.
