RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate departmental services, policies, and procedures to guests in a professional mannerAccurately book reservations with great attention to detailAssist with all office and reservation-related tasks and complete assigned daily duties in a timely and accurate mannerHandle demanding situations with guests calmly and professionallyHelp maintain and encourage a sense of teamwork among coworkersOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsExceptional knowledge of PC-based computer systems and the ability to master multiple new programs and informational platformsAbility to multitask while operating computer and phone systemsFlexible schedule with 7 day per week availabilityMust attend training sessions prior to season openingTyping speed of at least 35 WPMDEER VALLEY SKIER SERVICES EXPECTATIONS: Exemplify a strong work ethicFunction as a team playerInteract with members of Skier Services peer group, instructors, agents, and supervisors in a positive and professional mannerInteract positively with other DV Resort employeesCommunicate any suggestions or concerns to manager in a timely mannerSpeak and act professionally while on dutySupport/follow Deer Valley resort policies and procedures and DV employee handbook guidelinesBe a good example to those around you with a positive, supportive attitudeDATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 10/13/2025 OR 11/3/2025 - 3/31/2026Two-week training Monday through Friday - first day classes offered on 10/13 or 11/3FT (4 days per week) or PT (3 days per week)Training and probationary period through early December on-site at Snow Park Lodge, after which agents may work 50% on-site and 50% remotelyPAY RATE: $21.00 per hourDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
