They will participate in the daily operation of the Coca Cola Tube Park and Conveyor lift in accordance with established safety and guest service guidelines and procedures.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.hourly pay range: $18 - 20 per hourESSENTIAL DUTIES:General ResponsibilitiesOperate Tube Park and Conveyor Lift following established guidelines and procedures with an emphasis in team play, safety, employee and guest experience.Consistently express a friendly, congenial, and helpful attitude while effectively providing guests and fellow employees with assistance, information and/or directionsTube Park daily roles include, but are not limited to: Ticket Scanner, Lane Attendant, Lane Master, Lane Master Assistant, Conveyor Lift OperatorPerform pre-opening inspection of Tube Park and/or ConveyorTend to deceleration area constantly in order to ensure appropriate stopping distance of tubesAddress large groups and deliver clear directivesMonitor runout areas from the "Lane Master" position to efficiently cycle guests through lanesMaintain proper snow levels in all working areas to ensure quality guest experience and safetyDocument and handle any incidents at Tube Park or on the Conveyor Lift, completing proper paperwork as needed. Request medical assistance if necessaryMeet physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: consistent lifting and moving of heavy objects (often requires bending or squatting), walking/hiking on uneven terrain, standing in place for long periods of time, and working outdoors in adverse weather conditions (below-freezing temps, sun-exposure, wind, snow, etc.)Other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Willingness to work outdoors and work a varied schedule of weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.Willingness to work in a team environment with an emphasis on employee and guest experience.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Fumes produced in activities ranging from cleaning to painting to fabrication of metal products.
