Cummings is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee building projects from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for safety and quality, and brings proven experience leading mid- to large-scale construction projects. The Project Manager will lead and supervise all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, resource allocation, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining project momentum, ensuring high standards of safety and quality, and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through close-out Champion job site safety, proactively identifying and mitigating risks Produce accurate take-offs and estimates from schematic design to GMP Review shop drawings, submittals, and ensure alignment with construction documents Manage all submittals, installation requirements, and drawing updates via Procore Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including 6-8 week and 3-4 week look-aheads Coordinate subcontractor activity and material deliveries to ensure timely execution Monitor and control project costs effectively Implement quality control measures, develop punch lists, and ensure work meets specifications and craftsmanship standards Communicate frequently with subcontractors and site teams to address critical issues Write and manage subcontractor contracts during buy-out Collaborate effectively with the design team, owner, and subcontractors Foster a positive, solutions-oriented work environment Supervisory Responsibilities Direct supervision of Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and occasionally other project team members Qualifications 5-10 years of experience as lead on construction projects ranging from $1M to $40M Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Strong ability to estimate across all design stages Knowledge of MEP systems preferred Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with HH2 and On-Screen Takeoff software is a plus Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency Skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Benefits Competitive salary within a respected and stable organization Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a collaborative and supportive team Tools, technology, and resources provided to ensure your success Growth opportunities within a values-driven company We Welcome Your Application The Source and Recruit Company is honored to assist H.P.
