The Change Coach will work very closely to Pricing & Sales Operations, Credit, logistics and GBS IberiaThe incumbent will team with a wide variety of stakeholders. From Marketing, Pricing & Sales Operations, providing market insights of clusters, segmentation, potential volume, debtors, etc in order to fulfill volume and margin goals In charge of the implementation the B2B strategy on assigned region (Asturias, Cantabria, Pais Vasco, Mid Castilla y León, Navarra, La Rioja and Aragón ) based in Basque Country,In charge of the implementation the B2B strategy on their assigned region, assure the sales goals are achieved (Volume and Margin) and deal with the relationship with he customers.Specially passionate about Safety, Performance & CompetitivenessKey AccountabilitiesAssign the customers to the right clusters to be responsible for the daily offers.Keep up to date the daily potential and goal demand for each customer.Build and keep commercial relationship with the customers.Portfolio Management: Weekly analysis of buying behaviour and proposal of actions, analysing the profitability of the sales. Margin optimization of the available volume of the customersGet market insights to be able to own the customer ́s portfolio and Populate the CRM.Help to develop a new process Credit-Pricing-Sales based on Tableau.Suggest the price changes in the Clusters and segmentation changesMeet the volume, margin and GM objectives, assuring the optimization of margin and volumeImplement the strategy in the assigned areaAssure the delivery and fulfilment of the OMS and HSSE goals for the position.Facilitate the communication among Credit, Supply, Pricing and Marketing departments to assure that the prices yield the best profitability for B2B and the whole BPOptimize the opportunities across coordinated margin model (COT)EducationBachelor’s degree in any field. However, business, marketing or engineering knowledge would be a plusDriving license. A business car will be provided by the companySpanish language: native levelEnglish language: proficiency both verbal and written C2ExperienceProved commercial track record in B2BDesirable knowledge of the assign areaUnderstanding of pricing policyUnderstanding of credit policy and processesAbility to prepare and implement a Territory action PlanSkills & proficienciesStrong customer focus and solid understanding of sales techniquesOutstanding communication and influencing skills both verbal and written.Competitor & Industry focus on the North area (more than 10 years)Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, both face-to-face and virtually maintain positive relationships, both face-to-face and virtuallyFlexible and adaptable.
