Disbursement Associate

Our client, a leader in the media advertising industry, is seeking a Disbursement Associate to join their team. As a Disbursement Associate, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounts payable team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Disbursement Associate Location: Omaha, NE Pay Rate: $18.15/hr. What's the Job? Oversee daily payments within SAP. Review positive pay exceptions daily. Research vendor inquiries on all systems and respond accordingly. Transmit positive pay files to our bank daily. Perform month-end metrics and maintain Direct Debit File. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. One to two years of finance and accounting experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Excel. Previous SAP and banking experience is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. What's in it for me?
