Individuals who are ready to grow with a company that’s shaping the future of senior living in Washington.  Key Qualifications: Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best – Build Team Proven Success: You have a history of taking communities to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget – Build Occupancy Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility – Build EBITDAR Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community Bachelor’s degree required: Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required Why you’ll love working with us: Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary with up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.
