Medical Device Repair Technician

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Medical Device Repair Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device Repair Technician, you will be part of the Service Center team supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Medical Device Repair Technician Location: Oakdale, MN Pay Range: $20  per hour on W-2 Duration 12 month contract  What's the Job? Diagnose and repair Healthcare electronic devices at the Service Center. Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices to ensure optimal performance. Generate and process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability. Create repair estimates including costs of service parts and labor. Maintain local service parts inventories in collaboration with the Materials Control team. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Training from a two-year technical school or relevant job experience preferred. Experience operating common tools and test equipment for electronic repairs. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with various functional groups within the organization. What's in it for me?
