Operations Associate 1

Our client, a dynamic leader in Automotive industry, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team. As an Operations Associate, you will be part of the operations department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operations Associate 1 Location: Hudson, WI  Pay Range: $28.89 per hour What's the Job? Gather, develop, maintain, and interpret complex data. Communicate statistical and technical data with internal and external business units. Assist in system change management and deployment. Respond to inquiries for routine system issues and mainframe batch issues. Conduct physical inventories of equipment and participate in audits. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. 0-2 years of experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project). What's in it for me?
