Office Coordinator – Be the Backbone of Our Team Starting Pay: $19/hr | Full-Time, Onsite | Full Benefits Package Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new? As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly. From scheduling and travel planning to payroll and event coordination, your work will directly support our mission and make a difference for the people we serve. What You’ll Do Partner with management to handle scheduling, travel, correspondence, and daily administrative tasks. Keep the office organized by coordinating building maintenance, office equipment, purchasing, and space planning. Organize and plan department meetings, training sessions, and events. Support HR with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Process payroll, invoices, and accounts payable, and assist in preparing contracts and reports. Serve as backup for administrative staff and ensure team members get the training and support they need. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of administrative support experience (or equivalent education/experience). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Dependable, adaptable, and motivated by helping others succeed.
